SHIPPING: Items are shipped promptly - usually within the same or next business day of the order.
RETURNS: Returns are accepted only for items damaged during shipping. If I have a duplicate, I will send a replacement upon receipt of the damaged item. You must contact me within 5 days of the delivery date in order to arrange for the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
